We dedicate special atention to quality in professional training. Our teachers grow and improve in our family, which they represent later on. They are supported at all times by the Association, and in turn they support its development. They are witnesses to our quality and comitment.
We like to think of ourselves as a large traditional family, where everyone does his chores and benefits from it. The teacher offers to his students not only quality information, but also links them to the masters, facilitating their improvement in the art and their climb to mastership. This is how we assure the best support for the students.
Training takes place through individual atention during the course of regular classes, of seminars, or private instruction. This is required until the student’s skill is enough for the level. It is then that en exam takes place in order to make the promotion official. As the teacher knows his students, they are only advised to take the exam when the teacher deems apropriate: the exam has thus a greater meaning, that of marking a new stage in the students career.
WCTA’s philosophy towards training is that of Continous Training, i.e., instructors and teacher must keep their proficiency and atest it regularly. This is why the teacher’s Certificates are valid for two years, and must be renewd regularly.
